RIVBOLTS (C50L Huck(R) type lockbolt pins and collars) are available for immediate delivery from TransDyne, Inc., located in Springfield, IL USA. Vibration proof C50L Huck(R) type fasteners called Rivbolts conform to the very same values as the original C50L type lockbolt. Rivbolts are manufactured in the UK and distributed by TransDyne, Inc across North America.

Rivbolts are completely compatible with the Huck(R) C50L tooling. TransDyne, Inc supplies the Rivbolts to a wide range of industries such as quarry plant manufacturers, vibrating screw manufacturers, railcar builders and repair shops, commercial vehicle builders and a host of varied engineering applications. TransDyne's version of the Huck(R) C50L lockbolt pin and collar system offers a range of lockbolt type fasteners from 3/8" diameter up to and including 3/4" in grade 8.8 carbon steel.  Grade 8.8 fasteners certified to meet or exceed all ASTM A-325 standards.

Installation

The high tensile and shear strength of the installed RIVBOLT, provides a joint with very high resistance to vibratory loosening, this ensures that all fasteners are installed with the same results under all conditions.

Visual inspection of the installed fasteners, eliminates the need for expensive equipment and time consuming inspection methods.
